Hehehehehe... This morning, my collegues and I went for appraisal one by one to my boss office. I was the 6th person to go. And what the result was?
Hahahahaha... The appraisal went to 6 categories which were; very poor, poor, fair, competant, superior 2, superior 1 and excellent. After a few consideration and the archievemnts since I started working, he put me in category competant which as the same category as average. Hahahahaha... Deep inside my heart, I was laughing. Some progress I made!
Surely after this, I will make more to improve my atchivement. And go for at least superior 1.
